Woman who gave birth to three children for own son confesses having “psychological issue”

Following our last report on Fati Bariba, the woman from Republic of Benin, who gave birth to three children from her own son, Adamu Sime Sabi, more facts has emerged on what really led to the incestuous acts between the mother and the sons.
It would be recalled that the disgusting drama occurred in Budo Kabi Area, Kaiama, Kwara State.
In further investigation yesterday by National Pilot, the woman at the NSCDC Command during an interrogation claimed that she is having some psychological issues.
Like other mental illnesses, psychological problem may arise as a result of environment, heredity, and life events. It may also be linked to a chemical imbalance in the brain.
According to a source, the woman has been suffering from the illness for more than 15 years.
“Outcome of the investigation revealed that the woman is not new to the act as the mother confessed and pleaded for forgiveness. She claimed that she is having some psychological issues for more than 15years.
“She repeated the same confession at the Immigration Office and pleaded for forgiveness.”
Fati Bariba, who was said to be a widow have reportedly had 14 children including the three from her first son.
The eleven children are, Zakari, Adamu, Yusuf, Azeez Boni, Ibrahim, Jimoh and Sulaiman, Gandigi, Salamat, Sebo and Khadijat. As at the time of filing this report, our reporter couldn’t get the names of the three children she bore for her first son, Adamu.
It would be recalled that, last Thursday, Kwara NSCDC disclosed that the matter was reported by one Mallam Bandede, District Head of Moshe Community in Kaiama that one woman Fati Sime had three children for her son, Adamu Sime.
Men from the Intelligence Unit and NSCDC operatives in Kaiama swung into action and the outcome of the investigation was that the mother (Fati) has three children for her biological son.
According to NSCDC spokesperson, Babawale Afolabi, the woman and her son Adamu have since been repatriated to Kandi in Benin Republic since Friday.
