The management of Ajikobi Microfinance Bank wish to inform the general public of its Annual General Meeting holding on 16th December, 2017 at No. 13 Ajikobi street Ilorin.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Company Secretary, and made available to this medium yesterday.
The statement highlighted some of the ordinary business of the day such as receiving the audited financial statement and the reports of directors and auditors for the 2016 year.
It further stated that reelection of new members of the board of Directors and audit committees.
It also captured the right of shareholders to ask questions not only at the meeting but in writing to the company secretary two weeks before the actual meeting date.
