Customers of Zenith bank on Wednesday lamented poor network for online transaction.
Pilot Business sighted a customer at the customer care unit of the Unity branch complaining of incomplete cash transfer transaction carried out two days ago.
The customer who was demanding for a refund over the counter, vowed not to leave the bank premises until his demand is met.
Another customer lamented that his account was debited without cash being dispensed after making transaction via Automated Teller Machine (ATM). However, a staff was seen giving them form to fill at the time of this report.
