Wema Bank customer decries account error

A mild drama occured at Wema Bank, Taiwo road, Ilorin, Kwara on Wednesday as a customer protested the debit error in hisย ย account.
He demanded for the immediate reversal of the transaction.
Speaking to our customer on his plight he said, ” I attempted withdrawing money on Monday from the bank’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) butย ย the transaction failed but my account was debited.
He lamented that he waited for the alert to inform him of the reversal to no avail. After 24hours I rushed down to the bank and was told to be patient. I won’t leave here until the needful is done.
His loud protest attracted some of the bank officials who promptly attended to him to save the situation.
