Live peacefully with others, Christians urged

Christians have been charged to co-exist peaceful with others irrespective of their faith and beliefs.

Pastor Aremu Abioye of the Ark of God Covenant Faith Bible Ministry, Amoyo gave the charge in his Sunday Sermon.

The cleric whose sermon centred on “Annionting for moving forward in the year,” called on Christians to have attitudinal change towards their neighbours no matter their differences.

Similarly, Christians have again been urged to focus attention to praising God this year to receive abundant blessing and breakthrough.

A Cleric, Pastor Ademola Popoola gave the charge today in his sermon at the six hours of praise of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ilorin District Headquarters.

Pastor Popoola who spoke on the topic “Thou art worthy, oh God” taken from the book of Revelation Chapter four verse eleven urged Nigerians to praise God at all times despite the present situation to overcome the various challenges.

The Cleric explained that it was a command from God, pleasant, beautiful and mighty to praise God imploring Christians not to relent in obeying the command.

He noted that the more people praise the Lord would create an opportunity for the Almighty to intervene in their matter.

Pastor Popoola called on Christians to obey this three key issues love God and their neighbours, be humble and leave a Holy life.

Speaking on the theme “be thankful” Pastor Taiye Aransiola of United Evangelical Miracle Church, off Yidi road, Ilorin implored Christians to always thank God in all things and circumstances.

Prophet Peter Kolawole Williams of  C . A . C. Faith Chapel along Asa-dam road, Ilorin also admonished Christians to give thanks to the Lord without ceasing to see them through in time of tribulations.

Pastor David Oluwagbemiro of ECWA Church, Elesinmeta identifed abide by the commandments of God by faithfuls as the only way to receive more blessings from God.

Pastor ldowu Constain of the New Life ‎Holy Trinity Chapel, Gaa-Akanbi, whose message entitled “rejoice in the Lord” called on Christians to imbibe the teachings of the scriptures at all times.
