Bank customers experienced frustration on Tuesday as the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of United Bank for Africa (UBA). Sited within premises of General Hospital, Ilorin, Kwara State seized cards and did not dispense cash while accounts were debited.
A customer who spoke to this medium said his account was debited with N5,000 whereas the machine did not dispense cash following a transaction.
The Ecobank customer said the bank is yet to retrieve his ATM card that was seized by the machine since last Monday, despite several applications to the effect.
