Medview, one of leading commercial Airlines in Nigeria has concluded plans to again commence operations on the Ilorin route by July this year.

The airline had suspended its flight operation on the route late last year, which was adduced to need for aircraft maintenance.

The Chief Executive Officer of the airline, Alhaji Muneer Bankole made the disclosure in a telephone interview with Pilot Aviationon Saturday.

He said:” We will soon resume operations at the Ilorin International Airport.

We are expecting the CIJ to come in and we are bringing back our aircraft at the end June. So Abuja- Ilorin will be one of the routes that we will promptly commence in July.

Bankole stated that the development is part of efforts to provide more efficient and effective services across the country.

“The expansion is in line with the airline’s strategic long-term roadmap to build a more efficient intra-city network in the country and beyond,” he further said.

Recall that the airline has features prominently in Hajj operations at the Ilorin International Airport since 2007.
