ABS Ilorin FC defeated Aklosendi 1-0 in the Nigeria National League game played on Wednesday at the Kwara State Stadium, Ilorin.
The lone goal was scored in the first half by Abubakar Chindo, who fired a wild range shot that court Aklosendi’s goalkeeper unaware.
The Saraki Boys fought hard to increase the tally but the visitors defended well as the first half ended 1-0 in favour of the home team.
On resumption, the Nasarawa based club dominated the game, as they pressure rise ABS defence but they were able to contain them and maintained the score line.
ABS Coach, Tunde Sanni however introduced Emmanuel Ugbo, Bolaji Bashir and Amos Alamu, which eventually changed the face of the game.
The Saraki team fought hard to defend the lone goal, as they secure their three maximum points against very good Aclosendi boys.
