APC senatorial candidate, Oloriegbe allegedly lands Ilorin in chartered flight with 4 ‘Ghana Must Go Bags’

A Chartered flight number 404SA landed at the Ilorin international airport around 3:25pm yesterday and reportedly onboard was the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial candidate for Kwara Central, Dr. Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe with four ‘Ghana Must Go bags’.
The news of the incident went viral on the social media yesterday as some political observers believed the move was an attempt to replay the November 18 bye-election scenario in Kwara.
According to an impeccable source who does not want to be named, about five minutes after the arrival of Oloriegbe, three cars bearing the senatorial candidate’s insignia arrived the facility.
Though the contents of the bag were unknown as at the time of filing this report, the source said the senatorial hopeful was assisted by the luggage staff of the airport to convey the four bags offloaded from the aircraft through the arrival hall of the airport terminal building into the waiting vehicles.
The bags were subsequently loaded into the trunks of the branded vehicles and Oloriegbe was subsequently driven off amidst tight security entourage.
Oloriegbe, who is the APC candidate, will battle it out with Dr Bukola Saraki, who is the Senate President and 15 other candidates for the Kwara Central senatorial seat on Saturday.
Saraki remains Oloriegbe’s biggest opponent as a former governor with a wider grassroots appeal and a two term senator. Four of the candidates for the seat are women while 12 others are male.
The four women seeking the seat are; Abubakar Khadijat of MPN, Okanlawon Adekunle Taiwo of GPN Abdulwaheed Mariam of ADP and Abdulsalam Kuburat of Labour Party.
