Bank customers decry faulty ATMs at UBA

Bank Customers have decried the malfunctioning of the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) of the United Bank for Africa (UBA) at Oja Oba area, Ilorin, Kwara State, on Tuesday.
Customers lamented that the machines were debiting them without dispensing cash after transaction.
One of the customers who inserted his card to withdraw N20,000 received alert without cash backing and immediately called attention of the security personnel within the premises to the problem.
He was however advised to go into the banking hall to lodge formal complaint at the Customers Care Unit.
Also another customer who complained that the machine was yet to dispense money after she had completed transaction, was advised to remain calm as the transaction would be reversed.
