The Guaranty Trust Bank, Unity branch on Wednesday had low turnout of customers in the banking hall.
During a visit to the bank around 1pm, it was observed that only twelve customers were on queue at the counter to carry out transactions.
However, there were more customers at the customer’s service unit making enquiries and lodging complaints.
Speaking on the development, a staff alluded the situation to the fact that most customers have embraced online transactions.
