Customers of First Bank on Tuesday expressed frustration when the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) of the Unity branch, Ilorin, Kwara State malfunctioned.
Some customers experienced frustration as the machines did not dispense cash after they had successful carried out transactions.
A customer had her debit card seized by the machine in the course of carrying out transactions.
A lady was seen sweating profusely when she waited for about 10 minutes and the machine did not dispense cash. She was also unable to retract her debit card.
