In this chat with JIMOH SULYMAN, he recalled his most dramatic moment in court.

In my years of experience as a legal practitioner, I have experienced lots of  dramatic moments, funny and saddening ones. Let me share one with you.

Years ago,  during my early years in the bar, my principal sent me to court to hold a brief on his behalf in one of the contentious case between Rosaket Nig. Ltd vs Engr. Philip Bello & Anor.

On getting to court on that faithful day to sought for adjournment, two senior members of the bar, whereby one is a SAN, opposed the said application for adjournment and the judge ruled in their favour and ordered that I should conduct the hearing also granted me thirty minutes of stand down.

With the aid of my little experience gathered as at then, I was able to conduct the hearing and to the glory of the Almighty Allah, against all odds, our firm won the case.
