Customers of First bank have decried over the epileptic network of the
bank as transaction failed consistently on Tuesday.
When this medium visited the bank around 3:26pm it was observed that
the cashiers resorted to collecting the cash from customers without
sending it into their accounts immediately.
One of the bank’s staff during a chat with this medium said that they
started experiencing network problem since in the morning and they are
making effort to resolve it.
