The Chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Kaiama Local Government Branch, Alhaji Muhammed Sanni Bongo has called on members of the union to continue to be committed and dedicated in the discharge of their duties.
Sanni while speaking with National Pilot at the swearing-in ceremony of new executive members along Airport Road, Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, emphasised that the narrative of unionism of transporters have changed from what it used to be .
According to him, the Union’s membership is populated by knowledgeable and learned people, who are acquainted with traffic rules and regulations and issues that could jeopardize peace.
