Aribo sets Rangers goal target

Joe Aribo is happy to take responsibility at Rangers following huge plaudits from former Gers star Brian Laudrup.
Laudrup earned legendary status for his ability to open up the opposition during his time at the club.
The Danish recently singled out Aribo for praise and hinted that Rangers manager Steven Gerrard needs another Aribo to break down packed Premiership defences.
Aribo, who was also lauded on Sky TV by Darren Fletcher, said: โIโm aware of Brian Laudrupโs standing at Rangers.
โHearing praise from Laudrup is amazing. Iโm happy that Iโm able to show what I can do on the pitch at Rangers.
โI read the comments and other people will see them too.
โThe way I play, itโs normal for me to create chances.
โI like to open the door, to open defences and move people about.
โItโs nice knowing I have to be one of the men to do it. Iโm going to thrive on that constantly.
โItโs good pressure to have because of the type of person I am. I am not one to go hiding so itโs good to have as a player.
โBut we have other players who can also provide that creative spark for the team.
โIn every game, I want to show my talent and if that means setting up others, that will be the case.
โBut even without me, there are other players who can do what I do.
โItโs always good to hear comments and praise from people I watched growing up.
โJust knowing they have a high opinion of me is nice.
โI watched Fletcher as a boy so itโs always a big boost for me to hear that from someone like him.
โFunnily enough, I supported Man United growing up.
โI enjoyed watching Fletcher and always supported him. He was one of the main players in the team.โ
