The Olosun Compound of Anifowose in Oloje Ilorin was agog last week as Alhaji Babatunde Olosun led his children in holy matrimony.
The walimat and wedding ceremony was well attended by top personality across walks of lives as the parents felt grateful to Almighty Allah for sparing their lives to witness the event.
Speaking with our reporter, Alhaji Babatunde Olosun said he was overwhelmed with joy leading his children to their various matrimonial homes.
“It is a thing of joy to see my children doing this today. The prayer of every parent is to see a day like this and I will forever be indebted to Almighty Allah for making it possible.
“I don’t know what I did for God for giving me this rare opportunity. It is marvelous in our eyes. Am grateful to Almighty Allah. I want to thank everybody for coming to share this grate moment with us. I pray Allah will reward you all accordingly, ” Olosun prayed.
In the same vein, Alhaja Tanwa Olosun said the departure of her children to their various homes will create a big vacuum in her heart.
“No doubt am going to miss them. Am missing them already. We thank God for today. I wish them a successful marital life,” she prayed.
