Customers of Guaranty Trust Bank, Unity branch, Ilorin, Kwara State on Tuesday lamented what they described as bottleneck procedures involved in cash deposits.
The bank customers groaned over the bank’s directive that customers must verify their aaccounts at the customers care unit before making cash deposits.
They lamented that the procedure is tasking and time consuming.
Some of the customers suggested that the bank management should send messages to customers whose accounts are dormant instead of subjecting every customer to the new process.
