Grammy-nominated producer and pop artist, Sophie is dead.
The Los-Angeles-based artist died at age 34 on Saturday after she slipped and fell off while watching the full moon.
SOPHIEโs rep announced the news of her death in a statement released on Saturday.
Part of the statement read: โIt is with profound sadness that we inform you that musician and producer SOPHIE passed away this morning around 4am in Athens following a sudden accident.
โSophie, true to her spirituality, had climbed up to watch the full moon and accidentally slipped and fell.โ
The family thanked everyone for their love and support and โrequest privacy during this devastating time.โ
