Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede, has sent out an open invitation to men interested in dating her.
The mother of one made the call in an Instagram post tagged ‘Special Announcement’.
The post was specifically directed to men who had expressed interest in her while she was “in a relationship”.
She wrote: “Special announcement. If you have toasted me before and I told you I am in a relationship, please come back.”
“Oya ooo. You all know the story. #ShootYourShot #AtiLoAtiDe,” she captioned the post.
Jegede married Olakunle ‘Abounce’ Fawole, son of veteran Nollywood star Bukky Ajayi, in February 2017.
Their traditional marriage ceremony took place at Eagles Square, Surulere, Lagos, after legalising their union in Ikoyi registry.
The couple wedded after being in a relationship for over 10 years.
In November 2018, the actors welcomed their first child together, with Jegede making the announcement on Instagram.
Jegede’s pregnancy was particularly difficult as doctors told her that the baby will not “see past second trimester” — which is between the fourth and sixth month of a pregnancy.
The actress said she was given the verdict after fibroid was found inside her.
Following the arrival of the newborn, news filtered out that her marriage to Fawole had hit the rocks.
