Jose Mourinho wants to add Julian Draxler and Rafael Varane to his Manchester United ranks as they chase a first Premier League title since 2012/13, according to reports in the Sunday Express.
PSG are prepared to lose money on Draxler – who joined from Wolfsburg for £40m in January – and will accept just £32m, though United will be joined in their pursuit by Arsenal and Liverpool.
Meanwhile, following Real Madrid’s refusal to entertain offers for Gareth Bale, the Old Trafford hierarchy have focused their attention on defender Rafael Varane and are said to be keen to make an offer for the Frenchman.
