How to use onions for dandruff, hair loss

 

Onion juice has proven to be a good remedy for hair and scalp problem as it contains sulphur which makes hair strong and also promotes hair regrowth. Onion Juice is one of the oldest remedy that not only strengthens the hair root but also promotes hair growth.
Below are some best ways of using onions for treating hair loss.
Onion juice for hair loss: Massaging your scalp with fresh onion juice will prevent hair loss and thus promote hair growth. Cut onions into big pieces and grind them to make a paste; rub this paste on your scalp and wash off after 30 minutes or till they are deeply soaked into the roots.
For dandruff: You can also mix onion juice with lemon juice as this helps to remove the bad odour of onion from the hair. This mixture can treat dandruff and can also help in soothing  itchy scalp if used regularly. Take one teaspoon of olive oil and mix  with 3 teaspoons of onion juice, apply this mixture on your scalp and hair. You can wrap a hot towel over the hair for half an hour and wash it off with mild shampoo to treat dandruff.
Vinegar is rich source of potassium and hence is useful to treat dandruff, you can also mix apple cider vinegar and onion juice and massage on the scalp for 5 to 7 minutes; do this regularly and say bye to dandruff and hair loss.
