It is no longer news that delectable actress, Olayinka Solomon’s acquired for herself a multimillion naira abode in Lagos.
Facts have however emerged on how the producer of Iya Oja, a movie that featured Femi Adebayo and other great actors sometimes bought the house with a lot of millions late last year, before she travelled to US for a visit.According to reliable sources, the proficient actress got to know about the house from her Lawyer.
“The Lawyer made mention of the mansion in her presence. As a smart lady, she picked interest in it and pressed further. Without wasting much time, she paid for the demanded price from the initial owner and the entire necessary document were signed and handed over to her.
“Subsequently, Solomon began the renovation of the house, hoping to celebrate the last year Christmas in the new abode, but this couldn’t happen because of the delay she got from the engineers in charge of the renovation which was completed weeks back, ” one of the sources divulged.
The house is located around Ipaja Command Area in Alimosho Local Government, Lagos State. It is a 4 flats apartment.
