Christians urged to be holy to receive grace

Christians have again been charged to be holy to receive exceeding
grace from God.
A Cleric, Pastor Tunde Ogunbiyi gave the charge yesterday in his
sermon delivered at the 53rd anniversary of Dorcas Band of the
Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Ilorin District Headquarters.
Speaking on the Topic “Exceeding grace”,ย Pastor Ogunbiyi called on
Christians to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour to enjoy
His grace and mercy.
The Cleric urged them to strive and grow spiritually to overcome all challenges.
He implored Christians to desist from sin and worship God faithfully
to benefit from the exceeding grace.
Pastor Ogunbiyi called on the people to live in peace with one another
to ensure an egalitarian society.
In his message,ย Prophet Peter Oladipo of the C & S Movement Church,
Ipetu-lgbomina emphasised the need for Christians to adhere strictly
to the word of God to enable them reign with Christ hereafter.
Speaking in his sermon titled “strive to make heaven” in preparation
for this year’s annual revival, he said this would enable the death
and ressurection of Jesus Christ be meaningful in their life.
Similarly, Pastor Aremu Abioye of the Ark of God Covenant Faith Bible
Ministry, Amoyoย whose message centred on praising God without ceasing
at this year’s Choir anniversary implored Christians to appreciate God
throughย thanksgiving as the only master key to divine breakthrough.
On his part,ย Pastor ldowu Constain of the New Life Holy Trinity
Chapel Gaa-Akanbi, Ilorin while speaking at this year’s youth annual
programme, appealed to youth to shun evil and exhibit high sense of
discipline as future leaders.
Also, the District Minister in charge of Kwara and Kogi States of the
Gospel Apostolic Church along Upper pipeline road, ilorin, Pastor
Kehinde lkupolati called on Christians to obey the commandments of God
at all times.
Pastor lkupolati urged them to be born again receive blessing from God.
