Davido gets first movie role

It appears Davido has decided to seek a career in the movie industry.
The popular Nigerian musician recently shared a short video clip on his Instagram page.
In the clip, Davido plays the role of a young commercial pilot who reveals his plan to venture into the oil and gas business. In the caption, he also writes โHappy birthday Captain Hosa! I love you! And I thank you for everything you have done for me and my career!! Long life!!!!! ???? #Mymentor.โ
It was gathered that the film is actually a documentary chronicling the life of billionaire Captain Idahosa (Hosa) Wells Okunbo, the man Davido revealed as his mentor.
According to Wikipedia, Captain Hosa is a Nigerian business magnate, investor, philanthropist and trained commercial pilot. Davido plays a young billionaire in his first movie Captain.

Such is the case of award winning Nigerian singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, the artiste has come out to reveal what he plans to do if he ever goes broke.
Davido, who recently had a successful concert took to his Snapchat handle to reveal that he plans to take over one of his father’s companies in the future.
Meanwhile, 2018 is already looking up for Nigerian hot musician, Davido. The ‘FIA’ singer took to Snapchat to share some very exciting news with his fans. Apparently, the numbers from the singer’s 30 Billion concert are in and he says he and the OBO team made a whopping half a billion naira from the showcase.
Though the musician did not release an official breakdown of the concert revenue stream. The concert, which held at Eko Hotel on December 27, was already sold out days before the event with over 10 thousand people in attendance. Apart from proceeds from ticket sales, some major brands including Pepsi were also on board as sponsors for the show.
