The Kwara State female team, Sure Babes known as Kwara Ladies will on Wednesday slug it out with Delta Queens in week two of the Nigeria Women Premier League (NWPL).
The newly promoted Kwara female side will host Delta female team at the Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin by 4pm prompt.
Going by their statistics, this is the first meeting between the two teams, as Kwara Ladies are just trading their plight for the first time in the women elite league.
Kwara girls are currently third on the log with three points after two games, while Delta Queens placed fourth with just a game.
The Coach of the Harmony Girls, Abdullahi Abdulganiyu Uwe, was full of confidence ahead of the game, insisting that his young laids are ready to face any team in the league.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the club Mallam Mohammed J. Daudu has appealed to corporate bodies and individuals to come and support the team.
