The Concerned Youths of Kwara South stakeholders group has called on a one-time legislative aide at National Assembly and the Technical Assistant to President Muhammed Buhari on Youth and Student Affairs, Charles Olufemi Folayan to contest for the House of Representatives in 2019 general election.

The call was made at an Economic summit for the Youths of Kwara South Senatorial district held at Omu-Aran, Irepodun local government area of the State.
The programme was aimed at making youths independent and creative towards betterment of their future instead of waiting for White collar jobs.
In statement signed by secretary of Asoju-Odo Igbomina/Ekiti, Mr Kolawole Oluwatoba and made available to journalists, said they have resolved to put more effort in developing the skills of the youth in the region to prevent them to be used as political thugs by politicians to further prevent the recent incident that happened to โour youth in Oroโ
โWe have also resolved to support the candidacy of our brother who always reckons with our conditions and strive hard on how to bring outright development to our communities to represent Irepodun/Isin/Ekiti/Oke-Ero Federal constituency come 2019.
Furthermore we have agreed to intensify effort in sensitizingย ย people most especially the youth to participate fully and positively in the democratic process that will usher in good leadership for all.
