Mourinho rules out signing Zlatan

Jose Mourinho has made it clear that he is not interested in signing
Zlatan Ibrahimovic for Tottenham when the January transfer window
opens because he has Harry Kane.
The Portuguese and Zlatan Ibrahimovic had a superb working
relationship during his reign at Manchester United where they won the
Europa League title.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has left LA Galaxy after two seasons in America and
he will become a free agent during the next transfer window.
And while addressing the media before his side’s Champions League
encounter against Olympiacos, Jose Mourinho said there is no need
signing Ibrahimovic because Kane is the best striker in England.
‘I have more than a connection, amazing player, amazing guy, but I
would say no chance.
”We have the best striker in England. It doesn’t make sense to sign
him when we have Harry Kane,” Jose Mourinho explained.
Under Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored 29
goals in 53 appearances for the Red Devils.
Mourinho and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are not new to each other as the duo
also worked together at Inter Milan between 2008-09.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are currently occupying 10th position on the
Premier League standings with 17 points after 13 games played this
season.
They were 14th on the League table before Jose Mourinho took over.
