1st Kwara military gov, Bamigboye for interment, Saturday

The first Kwara State military governor, Brig.-Gen. David Bamigboye, will be buried on Saturday, according to the state government.
The state’s Head of Service (HoS), Mrs. Modupe Susan Oluwole, told newsmen on Monday in Ilorin, that the body of the deceased will arrive Ilorin by air later in the week.
She said that the state government will hold service of songs for the late Bamigboye 4pm at the Banquet Hall, opposite Government House, today (Thursday).
The HoS explained that commendation service will hold at Saint Bernabas, Ilorin, 11:00am on Friday after which his body leaves for Omu-Aran, his home town in a motorcade to be received by the community by 4pm.
According to her, Wake Keep has been scheduled for the deceased’s residence in Omu-Aran, the headquarters of Irepodun Local Government Area of the state between 11am and 1pm on Saturday, while funeral service will hold at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Omu-Aran.
According to her, interment and reception will follow immediately at his residence.
