Bank customers decry faulty ATM

Customers of Union Bank, Challenge branch, Ilorin, Kwara State have bemoaned the financial institution’s faulty Automated Teller Machine (ATM), yesterday.
The customers numbering about 50 were frustrated when it was discovered that two of the machines had stopped function, slowing down the transaction process.
Pilot Business observed that the situation was rowdy as customers struggled to get their turn at the ATM.
It was also observed that the ATMs that were functioning were slow in dispensing cash and there were no staff on hand to attend to the situation.
