Scores of customers were on Tuesday locked out of the Ibrahim Taiwo branch of First Bank in Ilorin, Kwara State over congestion of the banking hall.
When our Business reporter made enquiry over the development, he was simply said that the order from above to decongest the banking hall.
Some of the affected customers were seen leaving the bank premises in anger, while it was also observed that the security personnel were allowing the customers to enter the banking hall in batches to carry out their transaction.
