November 29th decided to part ways with their manager Unai
Emery after just 18 months in charge following a disastrous run of results.
Yesterday’s loss to Frankfurt in the UEFA Europa League made it the
first time since 1992 that the Emirates Stadium outfit had gone seven
games without a win, thus prompting the powers that be to swing the
axe.
The 48-year-old Spaniard succeeded Arsene Wenger on May 23, 2018 and
led the Gunners to the Europa League final last season.
