Seek divine intervention for challenges, Christians urged

Nigerians have again been charged to be strong and be faithful to enjoy the goodness of God.
A Cleric, Prophet Gideon Adeoye gave the charge on Sunday in his sermon delivered at the Service of songs of Seraph Singers of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Ilorin District Headquarters, Kwara State.
Speaking on the Topic “Goodness”, Prophet Adeoye noted that the goodness of God is the evidence of His supremacy over all human beings.
The Cleric added that the goodness of God is a display of His compassion over the people that serve Him wholeheartedly.
He then called on Christians to look unto God for divine intervention and the salvation of their lives.
Prophet Adeoye implored them to be prayerful and move closer to God.
Similarly, the Founder of the Believers Vineyard Church, Agbo-Oba, llorin, Pastor Akin Obadofin has cautioned Christians against sin.
He gave the admonition in his sermon delivered yesterday at the church auditorium, saying that no sinner would reign with Christ, hence the need for them to surrender their life to their maker as the second coming of Jesus Christ is at hand.
In his message on Sunday, Prophet Peter Oladipo of the C & S Movement Church, Ipetu-lgbomina, Kwara State enjoined Nigerians to continue to pray for their leaders for God to see them through in their stewardship and implementing new policy that would have direct bearing on the masses.
Also, Pastor Aremu Abioye of the Ark of God Covenant Faith Bible Ministry, Amoyo, Kwara State whose message centred on “Anointing for breakthrough” , he admonished the congregation to always look unto God as the Alpha and Omega of all beings, adding that all power belong to Him alone .
On his part, Pastor Kayode Omotosho of the C A C Anusogo lorimi, Kilanko village, Ilorin in his sermon titled “God give me rest on every side” emphasisd the need for faithfuls to abide by His commandments for God to attend to their heart desires.
Pastor ldowu Constain of the New Life Holy Trinity Chapel Gaa-Akanbi, Ilorin in his message, yesterday, appealed to youths to remain focused as future leaders, stressing that their today would determine what tomorrow would be, hence the need to eschew evil acts.
In addition, in his message titled “Honour your parents” delivered during the Children anniversary of United Evangelical Miracle Church, off Yidi Road Ilorin, Pastor Taiye Aransiola called on Children to obey and respect their parents as whatever they do is a seed sow into their future.
Pastor Aransiola explained that whatsoever a man sows he would reap, calling on children to truly honour their parents for them to prosper in life.
