A Fulani herdsman, Muhammad Bello nearly lost his life on Wednesday as unidentified men Suspected to be cattle rustlers invaded a community, Ahun Ruga settlement in Oro Ago in Ifelodun local government area of Kwara State.
The cattle rustler’s attack on the community left the victim with serious injuries that nearly claim his life.
It was gathered that, the cattle rustlers in the process went away with the victim 15 cows.
According to the spokesman of NSCDC in Kwara State, Babawale Afolabi in a press release made available to National Pilot, the incident occured at Ahun Ruga settlement, Oro Ago, lfelodun local government area of Kwara State.
“The badly injured and unconscious cattles rearer Muhammadu Bello was brought to our Oro Ago Divisional office by Miyetti Allah Vigilante Group on Wednesday, he was attacked by cattle rustlers who later went away with 15 of his cows”.
The injured cattle rearer has been taken to hospital for proper medical treatment while operatives of the NSCDC, Miyetti Allah Vigilante and local hunters have lunched a manhunt for the cattle rustlers.
