The Magaji Erubu of Ilorin , Dr Zubair Folorunso Oba Erubu has regained his freedom from kidnappers who abducted him at the front his house eight day ago. National Pilot exclusively gathered that Erubu was released early hours of this morning. It could not be confirmed however if any ransome was paid to his abductors. Erubu’s younger brother, Alhaji Muhammed Erubu confirmed the release of the distric head to the National Pilot. ” I can confirm to you that he was released early this morning “, he said. It was gathered further that the released Magaji has been taken to an undisclosed hospital for medical checks and treatment.
