The chairman of Magaji Ngeri Constituency, Ilorin central, Alhaji Nuhu Magaji on Saturday disclosed that the only candidate that can solve Nigeriaโs problems is the former senate president, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki.
Magaji stated this while responding to questions from journalists after his speech delivered at press conference organized to support Dr.Bukola Saraki presidential ambition.
According to him,Saraki was two time Governor of kwara state,senate president with high level of experience, intelligent, competent and suitable candidate for the position of president of Nigeria.
Magaji who was represented by Alhaji Oladimeji Shuhaib Baba Agaka said Nigeria is facing a lot of challenges in every sector such as insecurity, kidnapping,banditry, economy instability,health among others adding that Saraki as the senate president played a major role in curbing all the challenges the country is presently facing.
Magaji described the press briefing as a further affirmation of the traditional loyalty of the Constituency to the Saraki Dynasty in the political arena of Kwara State.
According to him,”This Press Conference is focused to address two major issues that have become critical to our beloved Party at this point of being in opposition. Our solidarity here and commitment to the good cause of the PDP at this time is the only way we can all achieve that singular objective to come back to govern Kwara State.
“The recently concluded Party Congress in the State is a unique pointer to PDP members resolve to win back the State. The constituency members of this great Party has wholly and collectively supported the Partyโs decision to democratically allow our brothers and sisters in Kwara North of the State to produce the next Gubernatorial Candidate for the Party who eventually will become our State Governor come 2023 General Election.
“We have over the years had unflinching support for our brothers and sisters from Kwara North. We are today affirming our collective resolve to ensure massive vote for the flag bearer of the PDP from the Zone come 2023 General Election.
“Secondly is the Constituencyโs resolve and commitment to the Presidential ambition of our esteemed Leader, His Excellency, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, CON, a full blooded democrat who had proven his worth as the President of the 8th Senate Assembly. When you think of all-round democracy, think Bukola, he has the health, intelligent, will power and undoubted commitment to a true, prosperous, economically stable and secured Nigeria.
