The newly sworn-in executive members of Concern Elite Group of Apado , Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State have been urged to be committed , prudent and honest in the discharge of their new responsibilities .
The President of the Group , Mr Emmanuel Olarewaju Adebola made the call after the swearing – in ceremony of executive members of the group.
He appealed to them to discharge their duties inline with their constitutional provisions and operational guidelines of the group.
The President noted that for them to meet up with the yearnings and aspirations of their people , they must all make prudence , temperance , fortitude and justice their watchwords , adding that the desired development could only be achieved through self discipline and high level of patriotism .
Adebola, therefore, commended the Alapado of Apado, Oba T.S Ajibola for his exemplary leadership qualities aimed at moving the ancient town to the next level .
He also congratulated the monarch for his upcoming 20th anniversary on throne of his forebears , pray Almighty Allah to grant him more wisdoms , courage and strength to enhance contribute his quota to pilot the affairs of Apado to the higher – height .
The National President equally praised the people of the community for their immeasurable support and all round contributions toward restoring peaceful coexistence among themselves , urging them to continue .
In his remarks, the Alapado of Apado, Oba T.S Ajibola thanked CEGA for its contributions towards the development of the community.
He also lauded the people of the area for their support , adding that he would not disappoint their trust on him , particularly moving the community to higher pedestal in terms of development .
