Shocking as the National hospital Abuja is experiencing a total power blackout due to unpaid electricity bills and generator breakdown on Sunday.
An online source latestnigeriannews.com reported that the hospital is currently experiencing a power blackout which began early this evening when the lights went off and failed to come on.
It stressed that the entire hospital including the Emergency and Trauma wards is completely in darkness.
According to reports, the hospital has been running on generator after its power supply was cut off due to unpaid electricity bills running into millions.
The source explained further that a key component of the generator developed a fault plunging the institution into darkness and making life difficult for patients and staff.
