I ventured into business to create jobs – CEO, Chieftain Builders

Prince Chinedu Felix Ibeh is the Chief Executive Officer of Chieftain Builders Nigeria Limited.
He has a branch office of the company in Ilorin, Kwara State while the headquarters is situated in Abuja.
The young millionaire who is in his early 30s started business out of passion to create job opportunities for teeming unemployed youths.
He deals in wholesale of building materials such as tiles, doors, sewages equipment among others.
Upon completion of his education, he decided to start a business which according to him, would give him freedom from the stringent conditions attached to white collar jobs.
“I was able to source for funds to go into selling of building materials and real estate business,” he quipped.
Prince Ibeh stressed that discipline and dedication are the watchword guiding him in his enterprise.
Speaking on what informed the name title for his business, he explained that it has to do with excellent customer relations.
“That is, it has to do with the way we treat our customers and operate in a chiefly manner. This attracts and draws more customers to our products.
” We know what is good for the society and give kingly services to satisfy our customers,” he added.
The CEO added that his outfits build estates and houses for clients, disclosing that the headquarters of his company is located in Abuja.
He, however, tasked youths to be creative, work hard and look beyond white-collar job by starting something even with little capital.
He also called on the government at all levels to support the unemployed youths through job creation and provision of loans and tax reduction for smaller businesses.
