Experience as employee made me start my own business – CEO, PERONNE CREATION

Mr. Kehinde Paul Ademola is the Chief Executive Officer of PERONNE CREATION.
The Computer Technology Consultant decided to venture into business after realising that what he was paid does not commensurate with his input.
Ademola who is also the Director/President of Lifepraise Ministry, with stage name Vantage.
He explained, “What really prompted me to embrace entrepreneurship was my experiences as employee in some companies and organisations.
“I realised that some of the technical ideas I got was deployed for gains by the companies while what I earned was not in consonance with my input. Despite this I was bossed around.
“So I came up with the idea of setting up a Consulting firm on I.T (PERONNE CREATION) in Ilorin. Though a lot of challenges came up in terms of funding, contract biding and lots more but I believe continuity is what matters in business establishment.”
According to him, PERONNE CREATION is being patronised by lots of customers because it is seen as the best service provider in the areas of Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Configuration, Computer Networking, Graphics, Web Development and lots more.
He, however, called on youths to shun search for white collar jobs but explore their talents and potentials in order to become employers of labour.
“My advice for the youth is to love what they do as their talent, gift may become useful instead of wasting time waiting for white collar Jobs.”
He noted that Kwara is a place where you can learn, train, get empowered, business can be grown, well established and even berth more business concept that can expand across the country.
