I quit school to start business – CEO, Ogunjobi Press

 

High Chief Ogunjobi Ayodele is the Chief Executive Officer/Director of Ogunjobi Printing Press. He took the bull by the horn in the early stage of his life to venture into business as he couldn’t afford to sponsor his higher education.

The CEO who started the printing press after garnering experience for years in the late 1970s and early 80s,  stressed that the business is built on hard work and perseverance.

The popular Ogunjobi Press, according to him began 35 years with N4 as capital investment but a continuous changing of equipment,  adding  that unique artistic works and following of trends have helped sustained the business.

He said ” The use of modern technologies and regular business clinic, is part of the success story. If I acquire equipments now, in the next three years I will change them to meet contemporary standard.”

He stated that the major challenge  is recession that is crippling several businesses in the country, saying that the level of patronage has dropped.

The entrepreneur however called on youths to explore their creative abilities for economic gain.

Ogunjobi is well known  for computer service, graphic design, ID cards production, keys and poster production among others.
