The First Bank of Nigeria located along Unity road on Tuesday recorded low customers.
Our reporter who was at the bank at about 2:34pm observed that the customers that were in the banking hall for transactions, were less than 20.
Most of the cashiers were seen idling away as there were no customers to attend to.
When our reporter queried a customer care officer over the development, the staff alluded it to online transactions, explaining that it has helped decongest the banking hall of banks.
