I was forced to start venture when  employers were  stealing my ideas – CEO, Peronne Creation

Mr. Kehinde Paul Ademola is the Chief Executive Officer of PERONNE CREATION (a Computer Technology Consultant) who decided to venture into business after he discovered that his bosses gained more from him without compensating him adequately.
His enterprise has grown in leaps and bound and has become a household name in Ilorin, Kwara State capital and beyond.
He said ” What really prompted my entrepreneurial concept was  my experience while  servicing  in some companies and  organisations that I  worked with.
“I  realised that some of  my technical ideas were being used but I was not paid for it. So I came up with the idea of setting up a IT consulting firm (PERONNE CREATION) in Ilorin.
“Though a lot of challenges came up in terms of funding, contract biding and lots more but I persevered and that is why I am where I am today.
According to him, Peronne Creation enjoy patronage from customers far and wide because of its quality services in Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Configuration, Computer Networking , Graphics, Web Development among others.
He, however, called on youths to be creative and explore their talents in order to be job creators and be self reliant.
“My advice for the youth is to love what they do as their talents and gift can be exploited for economic gain instead of wasting time waiting for white collar Jobs.”
The CEO revealed that he believes in the saying that if you can’t fly, run, if you can’t run, walk, if you can’t walk, crawl, just keep moving.
He noted that  Kwara is a viable place for businesses to grow, however, statimg that funding has been a major problem for enterprenuers.
