UBA, Zenith customers lament poor network service

Customers of United Bank of Africa and Zenith Bank along Muritala Muhammed Way, Ilorin, Kwara State have expressed dissatisfaction over poor network service of both financial institutions.
It was learnt at UBA that customers who were at the bank to carry out transactions, were delayed for about three hours due to poor service. Some frustrated customers were seen leaving the bank.
There were also long queues at the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) gallery and customers had to endure the scorching sun.
At Zenith Bank, few customers were seen inside the banking hall making transactions while some others were observed using the ATM.
It was, however, learnt that customers of Zenith bank were later able to make transaction effortlessly when the service was restored.
