Benedict Dasa Jage is the Chief Executive Officer of B.Jage Concepts, which specialises in fashion designs and textile production.
According to him, he was pushed into business after years of futile search for white collar job.
“After graduating from the University of Ibadan in 2009, I was going from one interview to the other in search of white collar job. I discovered that I spent more money browsing and traveling all over the country in the name of job seeking.
“Along the line, I developed interest in designing of native attires and wears. Which prompted me to go for training,” he added.
He enrolled for training in a textile factory in Abuja and after two years of experience, set up his own company.
He stated that the secret of his success, is innovations, which has endeared him to his clients.
Jage, however, urged youths to be innovative and explore their potentials for economic gain in order to be self reliant.
