Customers lament faulty ATMs

Customers of Union Bank, Challenge branch, Ilorin metropolis on Wednesday decried over the bank’s Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
The customers numbering about 50 who were seenย on queues in front of the ATM gallery complained that two of the machines had seized their debit cards.
This led to a chaotic situation as the customers struggled to get their transactions done on the remaining at the two machines.
It was also discovered that the machines were not functioning well. However, there was no staff to attend to the customers at the time of the transaction as a result of the Sallah celebration.
