Music superstar Davido enrolls for NYSC

Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, stirred interesting and hilarious comments on Twitter after he disclosed that he has enrolled for the compulsory National Youth Service Corps Scheme.
In his post, he said he was โโฆ tying up every loose end!โ in responding to the clarion call to serve the nation.
The NYSC started in 1973 and is compulsory for all Nigerian youths below 30 years, who graduated from local and international universities, colleges of education and polytechnics.
Davido graduated from Babcock University in 2015 with a second class upper in music.

Some social media followers of Assurance crooner, David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido, have pleaded with him to donate his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) stipends, commonly called ‘allowee’, to them.
Recall that the singer had commenced his NYSC programme.
Davido’s fans are of the view that the Bentley-driving Omo Baba Olowo has no need for the N19,800 per month that youth corps members are paid.
